American Cancer Society Hope Lodges
Each ACS Hope Lodge offers cancer patients and their caregivers a free place to stay when their best hope for effective treatment may be in another city. Currently, there are more than 30 Hope Lodge locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Cancer Hope Network
Support organization that provides free one-on-one confidential support to all people (patients, family or friends) impacted by cancer, along the entire continuum from diagnosis through survivorship.
National Breast Cancer Coalition
A collaboration of activists, survivors, researchers, policymakers, grassroots groups and national organizations that have come together as disruptive innovators for social change.
National Cancer Institute
Information specialists at the Cancer Information Service (CIS), NCI’s contact center, are available to help answer your cancer-related questions in English and Spanish whether you are a patient, family member or friend, health care provider, or researcher.
National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship
Organization that provides information about health insurance coverage disability process, appeals process, self-advocacy, managed care, and working with your doctor. The Cancer Survivor Toolbox is a free, self-learning audio program for patients and caregivers. Available in English and Spanish.
Patient Advocate Foundation
Organization that provides direct one-on-one services to individuals that are confronting healthcare access issues, medical debt crisis, and job retention problems caused by a chronic, life-threatening, or debilitating diagnosis. Case managers work alongside you to find solutions to the problems you are facing. Patients must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents and in active cancer treatment at a facility within the United States or its territories.

Nonprofit organization that helps cancer patients and their families find a place to stay when traveling away from home for medical treatment.
Susan G. Komen Foundation
Global organization that addresses breast cancer on multiple fronts such as research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives. They provide a wealth of information, questions for your doctor, complementary therapies, and after care advice. Available in Spanish.
